Molly Maid International Inc., in partnership with the senior operating management in Canada and the United Kingdom, completed a reorganization of the operating business units in both countries. Aaron Abrams in Canada and Kevin Hipkins in the UK will lead and have significant ownership in the operating units. Jim MacKenzie, as Chairman, CEO and principal shareholder of Molly Maid International, will continue to provide strategic leadership in all markets.
The reorganization provided Molly Maid with a solid foundation for the next generation of business growth and excellence in customer service.
As financial advisor to Molly Maid International, Cambridge structured and negotiated the reorganization in both countries and provided overall project management.
